These Terms govern your access to and use of yieldtofreedom.com (the “Site”), operated by Creative Bandit LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Educational use only
The Site provides general educational information about ETFs and related concepts. Nothing on the Site is personalized investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities. ETF metrics and “Yield to Freedom” grades are proprietary research aids based on incomplete or delayed data and may contain errors; always verify with official filings and professional advisers before acting.
No fiduciary relationship
Using the Site does not create an advisory, fiduciary, or client relationship between you and Creative Bandit LLC. Company is not a registered investment adviser unless separately disclosed in writing for a specific offering.
Accounts and eligibility
Certain future features may require an account or subscription. You agree to provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. You must be legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction to register where registration is offered.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the Site or attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts.
- Use automated means to scrape or overload the Site in violation of robots policies or applicable law.
- Reverse engineer or circumvent technical protections except where prohibited restrictions do not apply.
- Use the Site for unlawful, harassing, or infringing activity.
Intellectual property
Site content (including layout, copy, tooling UX, and grading methodology descriptions) is owned by Creative Bandit LLC or its licensors except where third-party trademarks apply to ETF names or issuer marks. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to browse and use features we intentionally provide; reproduction beyond fair use or copying requires written permission unless expressly permitted on the Site.
Third-party links and data
The Site may reference third-party tools, brokers, or data vendors. Those parties have their own terms. Company does not control third-party sites or guarantee accuracy of vendor-supplied figures displayed on the Site.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREATIVE BANDIT LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO COMPANY FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Creative Bandit LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or features at any time, with or without notice, particularly for abuse or legal compliance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
Changes
We may modify these Terms by posting updates on this page and revising the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for non-material updates where permitted by law.
