This policy describes how Creative Bandit LLC (“we,” “us”) handles information when you visit yieldtofreedom.com and related services (“Site”). By using the Site, you agree to this policy alongside our Terms of service.
What we collect
- Email addresses you submit through newsletter or contact forms. We store them to send confirmations, updates, and (if you opt in) educational content. You can unsubscribe using links in those emails where applicable.
- Technical data that servers and analytics may log automatically: approximate location (from IP), browser type, device type, referring URLs, and timestamps. We use this to operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- Theme preference may be stored in your browser (
localStorage) so the light/dark appearance persists.
Analytics
When enabled, we may use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic. GA4 can set cookies or use similar technologies per Google’s policies. You can control cookies through your browser and use Google’s opt-out tools where available.
How we use information
- Provide and maintain the Site, including calculators and ETF directory features.
- Send transactional messages (for example, subscription confirmations).
- Detect abuse, fraud, or technical issues.
- Comply with law or enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We rely on vendors that process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards; for example, hosting (such as Vercel), database providers (such as Neon), email delivery (such as Resend), authentication or payments when those features are offered, and market-data APIs used server-side to populate ETF metrics. Those providers access only what they need to perform their services.
Retention
We keep subscriber and operational records only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law. You may request deletion of marketing-related records subject to verification and legal exceptions.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the Site. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
International visitors
If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand your information may be processed in the United States where our providers operate.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above for material changes and, where appropriate, provide additional notice on the Site.
